Normal training times are:
- Mondays 7.20pm to 8.30pm - weights at the clubhouse - dependent on numbers
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 6.00pm to 7.00pm - hurdles
- 7.00pm to 8.30pm - track
- Wednesdays
- 7.00pm to 8.30pm - jumps
- 7.00pm to 8.30pm - medicine ball, conditioning and/or recovery work at the track
- Sunday morning 10.30am - 12.30am - track or some other location for specific work, e.g. hills, steps, etc.
Not all of the group will do all the sessions, most will do the Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, a few of the older ones will do Wednesday and Monday. We do conditioning work after every session on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Wednesdays and Mondays are for those that will benefit from additional strength work and are sufficiently advanced enough in their training
