Weekend Training

The training session for Sunday 11th January will be at Norman Park 10.30am, for those not doing the SEAA Indoor Championships 400m at Lee Valley.

Indoor T&F Entry Deadlines

	11th January 2009 - SEAA Indoor Championships 300m and 400m!! Entry Form can be found here. Deadline 16th Dec 2008. I hope all those who should have entered have done so!
	17th - 18th January 2009 - SEAA Indoor Championships. Entry Form can be found here. Deadline 6th January 2009.
	14th - 15th February 2009 - England Athletics Indoor Age-Group Championships. Entry Form can be found here. Deadline 28th January 2009. Beware there are qualifying standards.
	14th - 15th February 2009 - Kent Indoor Championships. Entry Form can be found here. Deadline 23rd January 2009.
